1-) WOBBLER FEEDER
Wobbler Feeders are used in mining and aggregate facilities to separate the fine material in the fed material before the primary crusher. Problems such as smearing and clogging in the grate may occur when wet, sticky, clayey materials are screened in grate screens. Wobbler feeders are the ideal solution for these types of materials.
2-) GRATE FEEDER
The grate feeder is designed to operate successfully and for a long time under heavy conditions. With its high wear resistance, heat-treated drive console and high-quality vibrators, it provides maximum efficiency, balanced feeding and effective and long-term operation with minimum failure. It can easily convey all sizes of materials, from very large sized materials blasted in quarries to very small sized stream material, to the crusher in front of it.
3-) CRAWLER FEEDER
The design of the Crane (Apron) Feeders is suitable for feeding coarse rocks. They are used in applications that do not require separation of fine material before the primary crusher or where a separate grid screen is used before the crusher. They are ideal feeders when the fed material has a wet, sticky, clayey structure with a risk of agglomeration. Pallet feeders are generally mounted in a horizontal or angled position. The ability to mount in an angled position allows for compact installation, the use of a minimum length feeder and therefore a low investment cost.
4-) FIXED ROCK BUNKERS
Fixed rock bunkers are robust feeders designed to ensure the uniform transfer of run-of-mine (ROM) material from the quarry to primary crushers. They are supported by heavy-duty helical springs and driven by two synchronized vibro motors. The grate screen at the front, with adjustable lids, extends the soil content from the ROM material. If desired, the removed material can be redirected inside the system. Our vibro motor-driven vibrating feeders allow for feed capacity adjustments, ensuring a consistent supply to the primary machine without the need for frequent start-stop operations.
5-) MOBILE ROCK BUNKERS
A mobile rock bunker is a portable storage unit used in quarries, mining, construction, and recycling industries to store and systematically feed stone, rock, and other large materials into crushing or screening machines. Unlike fixed bunkers, it can be easily relocated to different areas on-site, offering flexible usage options.
6-) STOCK BUNKERS
Stock bunkers are large storage units used in crushing and screening plants, mining, concrete batching plants, and various industrial production facilities to temporarily store processed or unprocessed materials. They regulate material flow, ensuring a stable feed to crushers, screening systems, or conveyors, thereby optimizing production processes.
